Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless mutton (goat meat), cut into small pieces

- 3-4 green chilies, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Curry leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds. Fry until they start to splutter.
- Add the chopped onions, green chilies, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the mutton pieces and fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the grated coconut and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the mutton is tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
