Ingredients:
For the filling:
  • 250 grams ground chicken

Instructions:
  1. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add ground chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink and cooked through.
  3. Add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Add chilled butter cubes and rub them into the flour using your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
