Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled cottage cheese, milk powder, cocoa powder, powdered jaggery, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a non-stick pan or a heavy-bottomed pan. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
