Ingredients:
- 1 cup ragi flour

- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions:
- Heat a pan and dry roast the ragi flour on low flame until it turns light brown. Keep stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- Transfer the roasted ragi flour to a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature.
- In a mixer grinder, grind the jaggery or sugar to a fine powder.
- In a pan, melt the ghee on low flame.
- Add the grated coconut and roast until it turns light brown.
- Add the chopped nuts and roast until they turn golden brown.
- Add the ground jaggery or sugar to the pan and mix well until it melts and combines with the ghee and coconut mixture.
- Add the roasted ragi flour to the pan and mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Add the cardamom powder and roasted sesame seeds to the pan and mix well.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down for a few minutes.
- Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into small laddus.
- Let the laddus cool down to room temperature and then store them in an airtight container.
