  5. Place the paneer sandwich on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown and the paneer is heated through.
  7. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
