- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved mushrooms, all-purpose flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well, ensuring that the mushrooms are coated with the spice mixture. Set aside and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the batter by combining all-purpose flour, corn flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water. Mix well until you get a smooth and thick batter consistency.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat for deep frying.
- Dip each marinated mushroom piece into the prepared batter, ensuring it is well coated. Gently drop the coated mushroom into the hot oil.
