Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lamb pieces with the marinade ingredients – yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well, ensuring the lamb is coated evenly. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat ghee or oil in a handi or a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
