Instructions:
  1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they become golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  6. Peel the boiled eggs and make shallow slits on them. Add the eggs to the pan and gently coat them with the masala mixture.
  7. Add salt to taste and stir well to combine. Cover the pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
