  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add the chopped okra and sauté for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  4. Slowly pour the yogurt mixture into the pan with the okra while stirring continuously.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the okra is fully cooked and the kadhi thickens.
  6. Adjust the consistency by adding water if needed.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
