  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add the finely chopped onions and green chili. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
  4. Stir in the finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and start to break down.
