Instructions:
  1. Start by preparing the filling ingredients. Boil the potato until it is cooked and slice it into thin rounds. Slice the cucumber, tomato, and onion thinly as well.
  2. Take a slice of bread and spread a generous amount of green chutney on it.
  3. Place a few slices of potato, cucumber, tomato, and onion on top of the chutney.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and chaat masala over the vegetable slices.
  5. Add a lettuce leaf on top for added freshness.
  6. Cover the sandwich with another slice of bread.
  7. Repeat the process to make more sandwiches with the remaining bread and filling ingredients.
  8. Heat a griddle or sandwich press.
  9. Apply some butter or ghee on the outer sides of the sandwiches.
