Ingredients:

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth and soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add chopped onions, green chili, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a small disc.
- Place a portion of the egg filling in the center of the disc and fold the edges to seal it, creating a stuffed ball.
- Roll out the stuffed ball gently into a flatbread, ensuring that the filling does not spill out.
- Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook for a minute or until bubbles start to appear.
- Flip the paratha and apply oil or ghee on the surface. Cook for another minute.
- Flip again and apply oil or ghee on the other side. Press the paratha gently with a spatula to cook evenly.
- Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the egg paratha from the tawa and repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
- Serve hot egg parathas with yogurt, pickle, or any preferred side dish.
