- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Chopped spring onions for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and salt. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Dip each boiled egg into the batter, ensuring it is well coated, and carefully drop it into the hot oil. Fry the eggs until they turn golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped onions and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat until they turn slightly tender yet crisp.
